VINNIE TUSCANY

Vinnie Tuscany is selfish, sarcastic, greedy, rude, and obnoxious. He lies, mouths off, bullies, and loves to cause trouble. In other words, he's a typical teenaged boy.

Vinnie is a neighbor to the Wazzos, but Arlo considers him one of the family. Vinnie is a constant fixture at casa de Wazzo. He considers it his home away from home. Vinnie enjoys raiding the Wazzos' fridge, annoying Amanda, and borrowing money from Arlo.

Vinnie is like a son to Arlo and like anthrax to Amanda.

When Vinnie's not busy trying to pick up girls or scamming the elderly, he tries to drive his parents insane.
