The ministry of Higlander Assembly of God is centered around a message of hope to the world through God's Grace (undeserved favor). The Bible says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God not of works lest anyone should boast." (EPHISIANS 2:8-9) To be saved means to be delivered from sin, it's sorrow and consequences, and to recieve joy, peace, and meaning for life in it's place. Over two thousand years ago God sent His only Son, Jesus, to die on a cross, doing for us what we or no one else was able to do, that is, pay the penalty for our sins. In return God has promised us if we put our trust in Him, He will freely give us Eternal Life.
