On this site there are also quite a few Dharma talks with Zen masters like Seung Sahn, Dae Kwang, etc. I think you might really enjoy them if you happen to take a peek. If you have any suggestions for this site, or if you would like to submit your own work-please let me know! Zen Master Seung Sahn
Well here is a classic pose by the founder of our school, Zen Master Seung Sahn-78th Zen Patriarch. I have personally never had the blessing to have met him yet, but I hope to one day soon. I ask you all to wish him well because his heart is not so good. Thank you so much for having brought the Dharma to the entire world in that style that is so much your own. We love you. |
Zen Master Su Bong
Zen Master Su Bong was a very loved teacher in The kwan Um School. Having died in 1994 during session with a young student-Su Bong was among the very first of Seung Sahn's students. He is very missed to this day. Look at that face, don't you love him? |
Zen Master Dae Gak
And last but not least our beloved Cincinnati Zen Master Dae Gak. I would put his Harley picture up if it wasn't so HUGE and enormously ridiculous! Haha. But seriously, Zen Master Dae Gak is a great teacher for us at The Dae Mun Zen Sangha. Give me my inka already! Zen Master Dae Gak is author of the book- Going Beyond Buddha: The Awakening Practice of Listening - available at Amazon.com! Order today, you will not be disappointed. |
