Reduced Sodium Stir-Fry Sauce

Great for Diabetic cooking!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup cold water
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Mix the corn starch together with the cold water. Add the soy sauce, ketchup; and brown sugar, mix well. You are now ready to stir-fry!
