- Key Accountabilities -
~Quality BRC rely on their Telephone Interviewers to gather accurate and complete information. It is vital that the respondent is made to feel that their input and opinions are important and valued, otherwise people will not be willing to donate their valuable time to assisting with research of this type. I assist in this by providing exceptional service and ensuring the respondent is comfortable and understands the value of their input. My touch typing skills are also useful, as I am able to take responses down quickly and accurately, while retaining the flow of the conversation.
~Quantity
BRC, like most companies, have quantitative targets to ensure profitability.
My role in this is to ensure that I work in such a way that maximises the number of calls that I make. I must then employ techniques that increase the chances of gaining an interview. My talent lies is acheiving this without compromising quality and service.
