NAB are a large bank with a substantial market share in Australia. Their position is largely due to the diversity of the services they offer. I was employed in the Financial Services division of the bank, where I was responsible for answering inquiries in relation to Superannuation, Investment and Insurance products and the related tax and consumer protection laws associated with this industry.
This involved assisting clients to analyse and assess their returns and to calculate their various tax obligations.
It also involved a high degree of Conflict Management and Complaint Resolution.
