This role involved careful management of key accounts to ensure that clients were satisfied with the service they received and that employees placed there were happy and fulfilled in their positions. It was rewarding and interesting work.
This involved setting and exceeding expectations and consistently delivering results.

~Recruitment
To satisfy the needs of our clients, it was imperitive that we provide them with reliable and suitable employees, when they needed them. This meant being thorough in our background checks, rigorous testing and interviewing procedures, and appropriate preparation of candidates for interview with the client. Placing people into roles they enjoyed was extremely rewarding and was well worth the effort.
