I have always been a large kitty. When meowmie and I adopted each other, I was eleven months old and already weighed ten pounds, which the veterinarian said was a good and normal weight for a big cat like myself. He also said I should not gain any more weight....BUT I DID, unfortunatey, almost double my original weight. I weighed in the last time at 18-1/2 pounds. Some hoomans make fun of me and Meowmie even calls me blubber butt and fatty catty or belly jelly even though I know she says those things jokingly, and out of love.
Because of this, I want to try and lose weight, and I need a support system while I am doing it, besides meowmie and my wed-wink, Caroline, who love me unconditonally. I know though that meowmie is worried that my weight can affect my health. I joined the Roly Poly Rawers so my firends could support me while I attempt this undertaking, and maybe we can have fun at the same time, and also learn something, not only about weight loss and health, but also about ourselves.
I know that I am never going to be less then maybe 13 or 14 pounds, but losing 4 or 5 pounds (slowely so it is done safely) would be great, not only for my looks, but for my health. It is a goal I can set.

I have just joined this group so I do not have any Level Awards yet, but I expect to have some very soon, and they will be placed below. In the meantime, I won this award for catching all the fish in the hunt. I had never been fishing on a hunt before. It was lots of fun.
