Meanwhile, why not try this “love bowl” in the Southwestern area of your family room, living room or lounge (or all three). Please keep it out of the bedroom because of the flowers. By the way, feng shui states that flowers in the bedroom, that is, the bedroom where you and your mate, significant other or whatever are sleeping should not have flowers. Also, no mirrors in the bedroom, and if you have a television in your bedroom cover it at night before you go to bed. This bowl represents the elements of Air, Fire, Water, Earth, and Metal. I like to stay with “two’s” as I personally believe adding more than two might cause problems in relationships. Therefore, my bowl contains water (clean), two candles to represent fire (red candles are very auspicious for this use), two rose quartz to represent earth, two metal rings to represent marriage and metal, two flower petals to represent wood. You may be asking where the element of Air is. It is simply transcendental. It’s just “there”. If that isn’t enough for you, light some “love” incense. Keep this perpetually in the SW corner along with other love and relationship enhancing attributes. Light when the mood strikes you. Keep the water clean and filled. If you are using real flower petals, ABSOLUTELY change them when they start to decay. If that is a problem, use silk ones. This type of arrangement is also great to have on your magickal altar (table) during a “love” spell. See my Simple Love Spell.
Enjoy. Blessings, Raven.
