Weighed in at 252 this morning.
Time to do it! I WILL lose this disgusting weight!
I take 6 *store brand (Wal-Mart) alfalfa tablets upon waking, then again before lunch and supper. I also take 1 centrum multi vitamin a day. Not to mention, I have been trying to drink water throughout the day, although I cheat once in a while and have a soda or something not good for me :)

One slice of toasted white bread
1tsp peanut butter (on the toast)
1 kiwi fruit
1 cup foldgers latte (vanilla) with ½ tsp. sugar
Lunch: 12:15pm

1tsp mayonaise
1 cup sliced cucumbers (salt&pepper)
Supper: 6:30pm
about 5oz. baked chicken (leg quater)
½ cup peas&carrots, canned
½ cup string beans, canned
1 small apple
½ cup vanilla ice cream

Lost 3 pounds even with all that cheating I did. I'll have to get strict on myself for next week. At least, that's what I want to do. :)

UPDATE:(7/30/2001) Just a note to let everyone know...I have lost an additional 15 pounds! Not necessarily because of what I'm eating or not eating but because of a lifestyle change. I guess when it really comes down to it...The more you sit and dwell on how horrible life is and why you are getting so fat...The more time it will take to lose the wait. Precious time wasted complaing when you could be out there making yourself happy. What I've come to realize is that a majority (notice how I didn't say everyone.) of women who are incredibly unhappy with their life is overweight? Well, I have...I used to be one of them. Go out there and do WHATEVER it is that will make YOU happy and incredibly watch those pounds melt away. Good luck!
