Food For Thought in a Country Being Devoured by Hate and Anger

Take a deep breath, sit back, relax yourself a little bit. Now, let your mind clear of all thought. Open yourself up for the acceptance, or at least the benefit of serious consideration, of the following thoughts.
Do you think the terrorist mastermind behind the hijacking/bombings on Tuesday September 11th doesn't have a plan in effect right now? He does. He hates America more than anything else in the world. He will stop at nothing to see our way of life destroyed. Do you know how I think he will try to accomplish this? It's very simple really. He is going to use our anger and hate against us. We are a nation in turmoil and confusion right now. We are also indignant that this kind of thing could happen here. What are we doing about it? Lots of people don't think we are doing enough. So they go out and shoot up business owned by Muslims or Hindus or anyone who seems to be middle eastern in origin. They put guns into the faces of innocent AMERICAN citizens (who just happen to be Arabian or resemble Arabians, many of the people who will be harassed may not even be Islamic, but merely resemble an Islamic person, ie: Israelies, who are of the same general background and could be mistaken for someone of Arabic descent) and tell them they are going to pay for what their friends did. We are spreading the hate ourselves now, faster and faster. Here. In our own country.
What will this do? Well, for one thing it will breed resentment among the Islamic citizens of our country. (Something Osama bin Laden would be very happy to see, as I'm certain he is right now.) Next, we will seek out all of the Islamic terrorists. How will we do this? most likely through suspecting any and all Muslims, Arabics, or anyone who just happens to look or have a name that sounds like it could be Arabic, of plotting against us. Now, news of all of this will reach people in the middle eastern countries. All of the hate and intolerance of their brothers here will anger the masses over there. Then, when the U.S. military descends upon the enemy in Afghanistan or wherever they deem the enemy to be, and innocents are killed, more anger and hate will be fomented among the people. Soon all of this will work to our real enemy's advantage. He will have the populations of many Islamic nations clamouring for revenge against us for our crimes against them. His desire is to get enough anger and hate for us going to work on the people of as many nations as he can so that he can wage his holy war. What are we doing? Playing right into his hands. We are doing exactly what he hoped we would do when he masterminded the events of September 11th. This coming conflict won't be just a war against terrorism as it has been said to be by our leaders, even if that is what they mean for it to be now. It will escalate into a war the world may never recover from.
Are we ready for this?
Ok, You may take these thoughts and do what you will with them. Give them thought or not as you choose. All I ask is that we as a nation do NOT spread hate where there has already been enough. Think about the consequences of your actions. The smallest rock thrown through a window of a Muslim family residence or business may just be the beginnings of the last Jihad (holy war) our world will face.
God's peace be with us all, and may we show mercy and love as He also would.
