The two men who shot my brother, TIMOTHY R. SMALLIDGE and RICHARD W.(Bill) CRAUSE, both have judgements filed against them here in Vancouver.
I found CRAUSE' name on at least 2 restraining orders, one filed against him for beating his pregnant wife.
He has filed banckruptcy in the Federal Court in Tacoma Washington, not once, but twice! The last one in 1997 was for $121,373.00.
Has a Federal Tax lein filed against him by the IRS for $96,707.00,
and a civil judgement of $3,608.00 by Accounts Receivable.
I was told this is a CRIMINAL CHARGE by the court clerk, I am looking into it.
And he's suing the City of Vancouver for falling on the sidewalk- asking for $35,000.

SMALLIDGE HAD AMPHETAMINE'S IN HIS SYSTEM WHEN HE SHOT MY BROTHER!

HAD among other things AN ASSAULT TYPE WEAPON IN HIS VEHICLE WITH TWO LOADED BANANA CLIPS TAPED END TO END!?

WAS THE AGGRESSOR THE NIGHT DAVID WAS KILLED!

Timothy Smallidge was arrested last year, September 17,1999 In Gresham, Oregon (just across the river) at 2:10 AM for:

1. Unlawful possession of a firearm(as Tim pointed out, this charge was dropped. However, he does have a CONVICTION in Bremerton, WA for "Assault with a weapon") I think I'm seeing a pattern here.

2. Failure to display a license

3. Failure to show proof of insurance

has a judgment against him by Providian National Bank for $4,237.00.

These are not your normal upstanding citizens seeking out criminals, they are CRIMINALS seeking out citizens! In Vancouver alone we have around 83 activly licensed Bounty Hunters and one pending. Creeping around at night looking into your life and free to break into YOUR home and kill you. They only have to say they were working in the scope of their contract.
