Here's How It Works:
The below listed texts are pdf and txt files of many of the
required and recommended stories for this course. Many are
included in books or collections long out-of-print, and may
prove hard to find at your local library. For the purposes of
this course, you may request a particular story or stories to be
sent to you via email.
Rules:
1. By receiving the email with the requested story as a file
attachment, you agree to delete the file after you finish
studying it, or after two weeks, whichever comes first.
2. You are not to redistribute the file for any purpose or in
any other form.
3. You may request only two (2) files per week, so choose
carefully. Each file will be sent as a separate email.
4. Each story's file size is listed. Please take into account the
file size and the time required for you to download it. Most are
less than 1 meg in size, but may still take considerable time if
you have a dial-up connection.
Procedure:
Send an email to sfzapgun@yahoo.com
In your email's "subject" line, put "Science Fiction 101"
followed the title of the story you are requesting. Please
limit to one (1) story request per email, and only two (2)
email requests per week.
Be sure to have a valid return email address so you can
receive the file.
Allow up to four (4) days for a reply. Please be patient.
All files are .pdf unless otherwise noted.
