Welcome to the New Me.

This is my second stint at Weight Watchers after a lifetime of being over weight/a big fat pig. Last October I joined WW and lost 16 kg. I put 12kg of it back on when back packing overseas for 3 months earlier this year. Can't understand why really when I lived on junk food and 3 course meals most days:) So once the travelling was finished and I was back home and settled, it was back to WW for me.

When I first weighed in I was 98.1kg. Less than I though I would be, but still a damn site more than I should have been. My goal weight range as per WW is 76-61. At this stage I have not decide dwhat I personally want to get to, but it will be a happy day when I get below 80kg as I can't even remember being that weight in the last 10 years.

I will try to update this page on a fairly regular basis, but given that motivation levels fluctuate I will no doubt get lazy on the odd occaaion. I hope at some stage to put in some pics and keep a record of my measurements.
