Entering the 21st century, there remain people who still seem to be stuck on an imaginary conflict between Creation and Evolution. Why do these theories conflict? Is it so hard to accept that Adam & Eve may have been members of a prehuman species. Why do we have such a hard time accepting our place in the natural selection process?
Adam & Eve may very well have been the result of evolution; thus evolution would be the work of God. Do we wish to annoy God by remaining ignorant of the world around us and by being arrogant enough to believe that we aren't part of a system of his creation but it's master? This kind of ignorance empowers all sorts of sin, like racism and an overall disregard for life.
