Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera Dir. Joel Schumacher. Perf. Gerard Bulter, Emmy Rossum. 2004. This musical is a tour de force for all true movie an musical lovers alike. The Phantom rules his opera while nurturing the career of his beloved Christine. The 2-disc widescreen special edition contains nearly two hours of extras such as the history of the musical, making the film version, and a cast and crew sing-a-long. 2 DVD set, 145 minutes.
