Jay Anthony Franke (Jake Sommers)

Jake Sommers (Jay Anthony Franke) played the lead guitar in the band.He first appeared in season two, episode 1 as a tough, rebellious guy.He was expelled from his previous school from breaking the qauterback's legs.When he heard Matt Garrison talking about him he instructed Matt to meet him after school for a "fight."Once they meet it turns out that Jake does not want to fight but he was impressed with the music he had heard earlier in class.That is when the friendship began.After being rejected at first by the band he eventually becomes a part of it.
