Murray State coach Rob Cross started the following lineup: 6-0 Fr. Abria Gulledge, 6-1 So. Ke’Shunan James, 6-2 Sr. Kyra Gulledge, 5-8 So. Jasmine Borders, 5-8 Jr. LeAsia Wright.  Eastern Kentucky coach Chrissy Roberts countered with 6-1 Jr. Jalen O’Bannon, 5-10 Sr. Shameekia Murray, 6-1 Sr. Miranda Maples, 5-8 Jr. Alexus Cooper, and 5-10 Jr. Michaela Hunter.

Eastern Kentucky defeated Murray State by a score of 63-52.  Eastern Kentucky shot 40.3% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line.  The Colonels connected on nine of 12 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 18 Murray State turnovers.  Murray State shot 28.3% from the field including seven of 26 from beyond the arc.  They connected on 11 of 13 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Eastern Kentucky turnovers.

Shameekia Murray led Eastern Kentucky with 24 points including two three point baskets and five rebounds.  Murray was 11 of 15 from the field including two of four from beyond the arc.  Jalen O’Bannon added 13 points and nine rebounds.  Alexus Cooper recorded 10 points, seven rebounds, and three steals.  Michaela Hunter added four points, six rebounds, and five assists.

6-0 Sr. Bianca Babic led Murray State with 13 points including three three point baskets and four rebounds.  Ke’Shunan James added 11 points and six rebounds.  Jasmine Borders chipped in with 10 points.  5-9 Sr. Jashae Lee recorded seven points and six rebounds.
