Ferrum coach Bryan Harvey started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Brooke Lewis, 5-So. Maggie Self, 5-11 Jr. Erin March, 5-3 Jr. Kelli Mounce, and 5-8 Jr. Zarkia Mattox.  Transylvania coach Juli Fulks countered with 5-10 Fr. Shelby Boyle, 5-7 Jr. Sarah Ashley, 6-0 Jr. Rachel Cox, 5-4 So. Celia Kline, and 5-6 So. Macey Ford.

Transylvania scored 31 points off 22 Ferrum turnovers in a 65-44 victory.  Transylvania shot 35.4% from the field including 12 of 33 from the three point line.  The Pioneers connected on seven of 11 free throws, and pulled down 46 rebounds.  Ferrum shot 31.1% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Panthers connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 17 Transylvania turnovers.

Rachel Cox led Transylvania with 15 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and three steals..  Macey Ford scored 15 points on five three point baskets and pulled down five rebounds.  Celia Kline also scored 15 points including four three point baskets and recorded three

steals.

Erin March led Ferrum with 14 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Zarkia Mattox added 13 points and four rebounds.
