Pulaski County coach John Fraley started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Steven Fitzgerald, 6-0 Jr. Hagan Elmore, 6-5 Sr. Treyvon Sylvester, 5-7 Fr. Colton Fraley, and 5-9 Sr. Landon Powell.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Nate Valentine countered with 6-6 Jr. Carter Hendricksen. 6-6 So. Kyle Rode, 6-6 Jr. Austin Hall, 6-0 Jr. Chandler Stewart, and 6-2 Sr. Nathan Harper.

 

Lexington Christian Academy shot a sizzling 63.2% from the field in an 89-73 victory over Southwestern today.  LCA shot 63.2% from the field including 73.9% in the second half and six of 21 from the three point line.   The Eagles connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 11 Pulaski County turnovers.  Pulaski County shot 48.2% from the field including seven of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Maroons connected on 12 of 14 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 LCA turnovers.

 

Carter Hendricksen led LCA with 27 points and eight rebounds.  Kyle Rode added 22 points, seven rebounds, and nine assists.  Nathan Harper recorded 17 points including four three point baskets.  Austin Hall chipped in with 14 points, five rebounds, and five assists.  Chandler Stewart added nine points and seven assists.

 

Steven Fitzgerald led Pulaski County with 21 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.  Treyvon Sylvester also scored 21 points and pulled down five rebounds.  Landon Powell recorded 16 points including four three point baskets.
