Breathitt County coach Derek Goff started the following lineup: 5-11 So. Adreonna Schutz, 5-7 So. Emalee Watts, 6-0 So. Alexis Francis, 5-6 Fr. Riley Bush, and 5-6 Jr. Kaylee Clemons.  Madison Central coach Brad Lovely countered with 5-10 Jr. Raelynn Miller, 5-8 Sr. Taleya Todd, 5-11 Sr. Jekauri McKeithen, 5-4 Fr. Eve Carter, and 5-5 Jr. Brianna Bierbaum.

 

Madison Central defeated Breathitt County by a score of 57-33.  Madison Central shot 31.9% from the field including five of 21 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 49 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 27 Breathitt County turnovers.  Breathitt County shot 31.4% from the field including three of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cats connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 16 Madison Central turnovers.

 

Jekauri McKeithen led Madison Central with 15 points and 12 rebounds.  5-3 7th Grade Brittany Campbell added 10 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and four assists.  Brianna Bierbaum recorded eight points including two three point baskets.  Taleya Todd chipped in with seven points, three rebounds, three assists, and three steals.  Eve Carter recorded four points, seven rebounds, six assists, and four steals.

 

Riley Bush led Breathitt County with 11 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  Alexis Francis added six points on three three point baskets.  Adreonna Schutz recorded five points, seven rebounds, and six blocked shots.
