Eastern Kentucky University coach Samantha Williams started the following lineup: 6-1 Jr. Samari Mowbray, 5-7 Jr. De’ayra Davis, 6-2 Jr. I’Liyah Green, 5-7 Jr. Teri Goodlett, and 5-6 Jr. Qay Stanton.  Tennessee tech University coach Kim Rosamond countered with 5-11 Jr. Abby Buckner, 5-7 Jr. Kesha Brady, 6-3 Jr. Mackenzie Coleman, 5-7 Jr. Jordan Brock, and 5-7 Sr. Akia Harris.

Tennessee Tech University defeated Eastern Kentucky University by a score of 87-82 in two overtimes.  The score was tied 12 ties and there were 11 lead changes in the game.  Tennessee Tech shot 44.3% from the field including 10 of 29 from the three point line.  The Golden Eagles connected on 15 of 22 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 14 Eastern Kentucky University turnovers.  Eastern Kentucky University shot 48.6% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Colonels connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Tennessee Tech turnovers.

Akia Harris led Tennessee Tech University with 19 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists.  Kesha Brady added 18 points including seven of 10 free throws, six rebounds, and three assists.  Jordan Brock recorded 17 points including four three point baskets.  Mackenzie Coleman added 16 points and seven rebounds.

Teri Goodlett led Eastern Kentucky University with 20 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and 12 assists.  5-11 Jr. Bria Bass added 19 points and six rebounds.  I’Liyah Green recorded 16 points, six rebounds, and two blocked shots.  De’ayra Davis chipped in with nine points and six rebounds.
