Grange 80's kitchen with breakfast table and wine bottle slots. It is air-conditioned. A big ice-maker fridge is provided. There is no wet kitchen but the utility area accomodating big American-sized washers and dryers and the maid's room are much bigger.
Nassim Woods' sink is "homogenous porcelain material" type while Grange 80''s is metallic. The former may be prone to retaining stains.

Grange 80's kitchen has a auido-visual intercom here too, as well as outside the master bedroom. You can see visitors' faces from the intercom.

Grange 80's marble flooring in the living cum dining area is a rich maroon colour from the 5th-10th floor and white with greyish streaks on the lower floors.

It has this "knock your socks off" feeling when you enter the apartment. Windows all round bring in light.
       

Light pinewood coloured flooring and doors of the closets make this apartment visually appealing to Caucasians who are culturally used to pastel colours. They always have good comments about the finishes.
