Grange 80's kitchen with breakfast table and wine bottle slots. It is air-conditioned. A big ice-maker fridge is provided. There is no wet kitchen but the utility area accomodating big American-sized washers and dryers and the maid's room are much bigger.	Nassim Woods' sink is "homogenous porcelain material" type while Grange 80''s is metallic. The former may be prone to retaining stains. Grange 80's kitchen has a auido-visual intercom here too, as well as outside the master bedroom. You can see visitors' faces from the intercom.	Nassim Woods' dry kitchen has an electric hob. It is air conditoned. A big ice-maker fridge is provided. White cooker hood and oven while Grange 80 has a stainless steel hood but white oven.	Nassim Woods' wet kitchen for food frying, cum utility area has some green tree views. The stacked up washing machine and dryer are of the European brand as there is no space for the American-sized types. The "maid's room" is smaller and is opposite the dryer.


	The bedrooms are located at away from the kitchen at the other end, providing much privacy. There is a panic button in the master bedroom to alert the guard.


Grange 80's "her" dressing table & basin. The tap faucets are gold-plated and there are shelves at the side. There is a walk-in closet in this master bath for her extra clothing.	Grange 80's "his" basin is inside the bathroom proper. Note the unique oval-shaped jacuzzi bath deep enough for any big Caucasian. There is also a separate shower cubicle.		Nassim Woods has dual basin in the master bathroom. It has a separate shower cubicle and conventional rectangular long bath. Note the hair-dryer conveniently located.

The electronic safe is on the right. The powder room is near the main door.			The powder room is next to the kitchen.


Grange 80's master bedroom has green tree views on the 10th floor. The flooring is light brown wood. It fronts Grange Road on one side. A private lift and lobby before entering the living area. Faces Grange Road but has windows on 2 sides. Sound proofing is excellent if you don't open the windows.	Nassim Wood's wooden floor strips are dark brown in this rectangular-shaped master bedroom which fronts Napier Road. Similar quality private lift with lobby before entering the living area. Sound proofing is excellent if you don't open the windows.	Nassim Woods' family area has cream-coloured marble flooring as in the rectangular-shaped split-level living and dining areas. Easier to put big rectangular dining tables and place couches. Grange 80 does not have a separate family room outside the master bedroom.	Grange 80's marble flooring in the living cum dining area is a rich maroon colour from the 5th-10th floor and white with greyish streaks on the lower floors. It has this "knock your socks off" feeling when you enter the apartment. Windows all round bring in light.

Light pinewood coloured flooring and doors of the closets make this apartment visually appealing to Caucasians who are culturally used to pastel colours. They always have good comments about the finishes.			The windows are curved as the living cum dining area are ellipitcal in layout, making it unique and impressive to visitors. Visitors feel they are in a high class apartment. Circular dining tables for 8 fit comfortably in the dining area. The external facade of Grange 80's one of its kind design reinforces the impression.


		Balcony for 4 and barbecue, tennis court, big swimming pool, child's room, gym and sauna.	No balcony. Small pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room, Finnish sauna. Tenants are given free access to the big pool and tennis courts of the top end Orchard Parksuites Serviced apartments 8-min walk away.
		35 units. One year old. 20-minute walk to Orchard subway. Nassim Woods has a water-fall type of visitor's entry atrium but not Grange 80.	10 units. Brand new. 8-minute walk to Orchard subway. Grange 80's external facade is remembered for its unique maroon colour and lines suggesting a modern architectural style.
