Characterised by spacious marbled flooring in living area and big balconies, located on a hill. Some units are run down but others have been remodelled.

Marble flooring. Some Caucasians complain that the living area is dark. Condo is mature and has many tall leafy trees, inevitably the lower apartments and maisonettes will be dark. The main disappointment is that kitchen cabinets and bathrooms of some units are in a bad state due to aging. Some units even have water seepage in the ceiling area.
