Photo of a good class detached in expat enclave area is listed for the benefit of internet surfers from the USA.  As at August 7, 1999, there is a greater demand for detached with pool.  Newer ones are usually 3-storeys and do not have a large garden or big inground pool. The built-in area of new bungalows is around 6,000 sf but they are not in the same class as this remodelled bungalow which has big big garden and spacious bedrooms. District 5 is not exactly a favoured area of expatriates but it is within 10-minute bus ride to United World College, Tanglin Trust.  It has a small pool and a residential feel. Few units available.
