5-min walk to Orchard Rd/subway. 3-minute walk to Newton subway and to the American Club.
Big pool and gym. Indoor tennis court, tight security, spa pools. Many Indonesian Chinese
ladies love this condo as it is so close to the shopping belt of Orchard Road. Shop till
you drop everyday.

Shortlisted:
Paterson Edge is the first choice but Riverside View has so many paid for services like
house-keeping, phone and utility bills. Grange 80 and JC Draycott are also shortlisted.
A single expatriate usually likes to be as close to the subway as possible. Paterson Edge
is well sited being 3-minute walk to the Orchard subway/Road. Being an Information
Technology expert, he is impressed with Paterson Edge's high technology gadgets starting
from the entry security system and the stainless steel kitchen appliances..
The. Riverside View apartment with watefrontage is 2nd choice. It is on the door-step of
cafes and pubs and it has so many goodies that save a lot of pocket expenses for any
expatriate.
Grange 80 was considered good too except that it was not that close to Orchard Road (but
8-minute walk) and it had the wrong numerology.
Based on numberology, Grange 80's ground floor has a unit number of #01-01. Adding up the
digits, the sum is 2 (01+01) which is no good. Unit's number totalling 3, 5 and 7 are the
best for the career of a believer. JC Draycott's #11-03 and The Riverside View. The
problem is that Paterson Edge's landlords usually do not want a one-year lease as they
know their apartments are extremely lettable. This case is going to be a headache for the
Asia USA Realtor.

microwave oven. White oven. Open concept kitchen with high tech feel never fail to impress

unit on ground floor. Rent around $6,000. Modern design and no split unit air conditioners
seen unlike most condos. The kitchen is air conditioned. 10 units make this an exclusive
residence for top management. Pool is bigger than a plunge pool but the gym is excellent
for 10 families.

80 master bedroom bathroom. High quality marble flooring and wall. Hair dryer.
Shower cubicle as well as white bath. Upper floors have dark brown marble flooring.
Luxurious finishes like a 5-star hotel. Some newer condos don't have a shower cubicle in
the master bedroom's bathroom although many have it.

Riverside
View living area with balcony facing Singapore River. Privacy and extremely
competitive rental pricing strategy. Such serviced apartments have attracted many
Caucasians. Clarke Quay is 5-minute walk away. Full of pubs and cafes in this Robertson
Quay, Mohd Sultan vicinity.

Draycott living area from the kitchen. The refrigerator, washing machine stacked
below the dryer are enclosed in a louvred door. Very close to the American Club. No pool
and gym though but 10-minute walk to the Orchard subway and Starbucks..
