SMOKIN' PORK CHOPS RECIPE
6 Pork chops - 1 Lemon - 1 Cup of 'Smokin' Grill' sauce
Brown pork chops in a skillet, place in a baking pan. Slice lemon and place a slice on each pork chop. Pour sauce over chops.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove and serve with extra sauce.

BARBECUED HAMBURGERS
1 lb. Ground Beef - 1 Tbsp. minced onion - 1/2 cup bread crumbs - 1/2 cup of Milk - 1 egg, beaten - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/3 cup of dill pickle juice - 1/2 cup of 'SMOKIN' GRILL' sauce - 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce - 3 tsp. of diced pickles - 2 drops of tobasco
Combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk and egg with 1/4 tsp. of salt and mix well. Shape into patties and brown in a skillet on both sides. Place in a baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over patties.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

VENISON ROAST w/SAUCE
1 Cup of SMOKIN' GRILL Sauce - 2 Tbsp. Vinegar - 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Venison Roast - Sliced Bacon - 1 Small Diced Onion - Salt to Taste
Combine the meat sauce, salt, onion, vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce. Place the venison roast on a large sheet of aluminum foil in a baking pan(pull the edges of the foil up to prevent liquid leakage. Drape sliced bacon across the roast. Pour the meat sauce mixture over the roast. Fold & seal the foil.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Slice and serve with drippings poured over sliced meat
