East Jessamine (5-2) vs. Anderson County (5-2) October 13, 2006
QB Ryan Hager has led the East Jessamine ground game with 529 yards and six touchdowns on 66 carries. Rex Hager has carried the ball 67 times for 436 yards and six touchdowns. Matt Whitley has recorded 249 yards and two touchdowns on 34 carries. Ryan Hager leads the air attack with 29 of 75 completions for 445 yards with three TDs and five interceptions. Dylan Daniel has 16 receptions for 259 yards with three touchdowns.
Kendrick Harvey leads the Anderson County ground game with 837 yards and 10 touchdowns on 71 carries. Ben Walker has carried the ball 45 times for 387 yards and six touchdowns. QB Jacob Russell has completed 24 of 60 passes for 327 yards with three touchdowns and six interceptions.
East Jessamine rolled up 620 yards of total offense including 505 yards on the ground in a 53-24 victory over Anderson County. The Jaguars averaged a whopping 11.1 yards per carry on the ground. East Jessamine led 19-10 after the first quarter and broke open the game with a 21-0 run in the second quarter. Rex Hager had 209 yards rushing and two TDs by the intermission but was sidelined in the second half with an injury.
East Jessamine recorded 22 first downs and 620 yards of total offense. The Jaguars lost two fumbles and were penalized eight times for 61 yards. Anderson County had 12 first downs and 292 yards of total offense. They lost three fumbles and were penalized five times for 31 yards.
Rex Hager led the East Jessamine ground game with 209 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries. Ryan Hager carried the ball 13 times for 184 yards and four TDs. Matt Whitley added 60 yards and a TD on seven carries. Ryan Hager completed five of eight passes for 107 yards and a touchdown. Dylan Daniel caught fivee passes for 107 yards and a TD. Lee Gillespie and Matt Reho led the defense with eight solo and one assisted tackles each. Gillespie had three tackles for losses totalling 12 yards. Reho had 3.5 tackles for losses totalling 16 yards.
B. J. Robinson led the Anderson County ground game with 104 yards on 13 carries. Jacob Russell completed seven of 18 passes for 164 yards with and a TD. Cody Dixon had two receptions for 87 yards. Nick Satterly and Eric Hanson led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles each.
