Basically the rules for a Wheel of Time page being added to the site is:
1) The pages theme should be mostly, purely based on any of the two series that this ring is based for.
2) Should have info about the mud and what it plays in the role of the certain theme.
3) Must have some great info about the series and how it's related
4) The page can be of Dragonlance and Wheel of Time mixed since this link is supposed to prove that
5) Can be based on any timeline in the Wheel of Time's world or Dragonlance history
6) Can be based on any race or class of the world, but must be good info about them. Not just one page
7) Most of all reflect what it's up for.
When your site is added to the queue give the webring master a couple of days to check it out and see if it should be added to the ring or not. If you are added to the ring, you will receive an email telling you that you have been added. Right after that another email will arrive with the html fragment that will be added into your page to be part of the ring.
