Officer Wright has been employed by Independence Police Department since 2001 He is a native of Independence, and attended Independence High School graduating in 1992. Officer Wright attended P.O.S.T. in March, 2002 graduating from the 150th BTA. Officer Wright is a dedicated member of the Independence Police Department, and is doing a great job protecting the residents of Independence. Officer Wright is also the responsible for preparing the Uniform Crime Reports for Independence Police Department. These reports are used by state and federal agencies to help determine the crime rate for the state or area.
