Why Them?

Well, I personally think that they're a great match. Spike is impetuous; leaping into things without thinking sometimes, while Willow is more pragmatic- taking time to think things through (usually) before going off and doing them. They just, for lack of a better description, gel. I mean, when he needs a spell for Dru and he, who does he go to? Willow, kidnapping Xander to convince her he means it. Then, when he comes back to Sunnydale, after being captured by the Initiative, who does he go to first? Willow again, though he can't do anything, and she bashes him over the head with a vase. (Although, I did think the innuendo seemed to help my cause.) But, she just, in my humble opinion, seems to complement him more than Buffy. (Did anyone besides me notice how jealous Willow looked whenever Buffy and Spike were together during that eppy?) And, when I'm writing, they just seem to gravitate to each other. There's just no better explanation for it.
