Meet Judi  ~Judi~ My name is Judi Walker. I have been a member of My Mom is A Survivor since 1997, after the loss of my son Shane at the age of 19. Shane was murdered on Oct. 27, 1997. I have been married to my husband Mike for 17 years, we have two daughters together, Jennie 15 and Laurie 10, I have a stepdaughter, Mike's daughter Christy is 19. We have twin granddaughters Krista and Kristen who are 3. They are Shane's daughters, we are so thankful to have them, Shane lives on through these two beautiful little girls. I enjoy spending time with my family, the computer, chatting and making webpages, cross stitching, writing poetry and working with flowers. I collect angels, miniature cottage houses and decorator bottles. And I love gourmet coffee and Chinese food. Losing Shane has been the hardest thing I have ever had to live through and with. It has changed me completely and forever. I don't know how I would have made it this for without the wonderful moms in MMIAS and the other moms I have met through the internet. I have been fortunate enough to have met Peggy, Libbie and Kaye. And I look forward to getting to know all of you. Judi A Tribute to Shane
