2 CUP FLOUR
PINCH OF SALT
1 EGG
1 TBS. OF SUGAR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 CUP MILK

MIX FLOUR, SALT, BAKING POWDER AND SUGAR UNTIL WELL BLENDED ADD MILKAND EGG. MIX WELL . DROP BY SPOONFUL IN DEEP FAT FRYER AT 375 DEGREES. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE FROM OIL AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. SPRINKLE POWDERED SUGAR. AND SERVE. GOOD ALSO WITH SYRUP.
