LOOSE CABBAGE ROLLS

1- 1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
SALT AND PEPPER
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
1 HEAD CABBAGE SLICED
1/2 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
1 - 12 OZ CAN V-8 JUICE
1/2 CUP RAW RICE

SAUTE GROUND BEEF, ONION, BELL PEPPER UNTIL MEAT IS BROWN. ADD RICE AND SEASONING BLEND WELL . IN A 2 QT. CASSEROLE DISH PUT LAYER OF MIXTURE THEN LAYER OF SLICED CABBAGE AND CONTINUE THIS TILL NO MORE. POUR V-8 JUICE OVER TOP. COVER AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1-1/2 HOURS. SERVES ABOUT 8 PPL
