HOMEMADE BREAD

2 PKG YEAST
1 TSP SALT 1/2 CUP SUGAR
5 CUPS FLOUR
1/4 CUP COOKING OIL
2 CUPS WARM WATER

DISSOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER. ADD SUGAR, COOKING OIL, SALT AND FLOUR. STIR UNTIL WELL MIXED. LET RISE IN BOWL UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE ABOUT 1-1/2 HOURS. THEN PUNCH DOWN AND MAKE ROLLS IN BAKING PAN AND LET RISE. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES THEN 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
