HOMEMADE ICE CREAM

2 QTS. WHOLE MILK
1 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
8 EGGS SEPARATED
VANILLA TO TASTE
2 CUPS SUGAR

MIX EGG YOLKS, MILK, SUGAR AND CORN STARCH . COOK OVER MEDIOUM HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS. LET COOL. BEAT EGG WHITES AND ADD TO MILK MIXTURE. ADD VANILLA TO TASTE. PUT IN ICE TRAYS IN FREEZER. ONCE FROZEN POP OUT OF ICE TRAYS AND SERVE.
