3 STICKS MARGARINE
1 PINT HALF & HALF CREAM
3 LARGE ONIONS CHOPPED
1 LB VELVETTA CHEESE BAR
1 BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
1 PKG FETTUCCINE NOODLES
4 TBS COPPED PARSLEY
1/2 CUP OF PARMASAIN CHEESE

COOK AND DRAIN NOODLES. IN SMALL SAUCE PAN SAUTE ONIONS AND BELL PEPPER IN THE BUTTER UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN PARSLEY ANS SHRIMP (CRAWFISH) . COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES . ADD FLOUR , CREAM, AND VELVETTA CHEESE BLEND UNTIL ME;TED. ADD NOODLES MIX WELL. POUR MIXTURE INTO LARGE BAKING DISH . TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 30-40 MINUTES. FOR CRAWFISH BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 -25 MINUTES SERVES 10 TO 12 PPL
