Amanda's Column: Issue 1

Hey everyone. My name is Amanda and I’ve been given this little space on Beth’s site to talk about whatever wrestling stuff I want. Just letting you all know that my opinion on certain wrestlers go back and forth from time to time. Sometimes I like Jericho and Christian and other times they annoy me to death. Now for the article.

What do you all think of Jeff Hardy’s draw on tattoo? I personally thought I was going crazy the first time I saw it, cause the next week it was gone. I also wished that Jeff would have won the IC title from Eddie Gurrero Monday night but he didn’t. Oh well, maybe next time.

Team Extreme will be minus one member till about Wrestlemania 2003. Lita’s surgery was a success and she’s already amazing her doctors with what she’s done thus far. Matt along with Lita’s mom were at the hospital with her Tuesday while she had her surgery and they were able to see her about 1:30 after her 3 hour or so surgery.

This week on Smackdown a match was made for Judgement Day pitting Edge against the Olympic dork Kurt Angle. This match has a unique twist to it, it’s a hair vs. hair match. I really hope that Edge wins cause I love his hair, and frankly I don’t like Kurt so I don’t care if he loses his hair.

Also on Smackdown, Jericho and HHH were once again in each others faces, the only thing is that HHH showed great restraint by not hitting Jericho, which had to eat him up inside, for fear of losing his career. I don’t know about you all but I loved that little smirk he had on his face while Jericho was antagonizing him.

They are now accepting tapes for Tough Enough 3 so if any of you want to try your hand at the WWF contract nows your chance. Tough Enough 2 hasn’t really impressed me much this time, it seems like the group they have doesn’t really want it for the right reasons. When Tough Enough 1 was on, I was able to pick who I thought would be a good wrestler worth the contract. If I have to pick one now, I think I would pick Jake and Linda. However that may change. I think that Hawk is going to be the one sent back from Africa on Thursday.
