Chapter 2
At 6:45, Alison made the final touches to her hair and make-up and made her way to the main lobby. Upon entering she saw Jay leaning against a wall wearing khakis and a blue dress shirt. Taking a deep breath and adjusting the straps to her own dress she made her way over to him. Jay smiled broadly at seeing her.
“Wow,” he gasped staring at Aly, “You look amazing.”
“Thanks,” Aly smiled, looping her arm through his, “You look pretty amazing too.”
Jason grinned and was about to say something when they heard voices behind them, “Christian, Christian?”
Jason and Alison turned around to see 3 little boys standing their pens and paper in hand.
“You’re Christian!” One boy exclaimed.
"Can I have your autograph?” another one asked.
“Wow, Christian!” The third yelled.
Alison let go of Jason’s arm and watched him bend down to sign the papers. “So you guys like team E&C?” he asked as he signed one paper.
“You guys are the best!” one said.
“So better than the Hardyz or Dudleyz!” another said.
“You guys so reek of awesomness!”
Jason laughed, “Thanks you guys, but I’ve got to be going, see you around.”
“Bye Christian, thanks!” The 3 boys called as they ran off.
Jason turned back to Alison and smiled, “You ready to go?” he asked.
“Christian?” she asked with a raised eyebrow.
“You don’t watch the WWF?” he asked as he led her out the door.

“So explain this to me again,” Alison said, “You’re a pro- wrestler, who works in the WWF, and your stage name is Christian?”
“Yup,” he said taking a sip of his wine.
“And the guy Max is out with is your partner Edge?” she asked.
“Adam and I have been friends forever, we’re really close.”
“So what are you guys doing here?” Aly asked.
“We needed a break so we got written out with an injury for two weeks.”
“Cool,” Alison said as she munched on her salad.
“So tell me about yourself,” Jason said, “Do you have a boyfriend?”
“I just got out of a really bad relationship,” Alison said quickly.
“What happened?” Jason asked, “I mean if you want to tell me.”
“Actually,” Aly replied, looking down, “I’d rather not talk about it, it’s a long story and it’s hard for me to talk about. I’m sorry.”
Jay looked at her sad face and smiled, “that’s ok, I understand,” Aly’s face brightened as he said that. Jay decided to change the conversation, “So how long are you here for?”
“A little less than two weeks,” Aly told him smiling, “A well deserved break and plenty of sun, surf, and relaxation… how about you?”
“We’re here for about the same,” Jay told her, “It was hard to get the two weeks off, but Adam and I deserve it.”
“That’s great,” Aly said smiling thoughtfully, “This vacation has started out great, I’ve got some sun, met an awesome guy, and got to save someone.”
Jay laughed and raised his wine glass, “to a great vacation, and a new friendship, and maybe more…” he winked at her and smiled.
Alison smiled at what he said, “Cheers.”
