Cry

The nights were unbelievably cold after the break-up. They were colder than usual, in Jeff’s opinion. Maybe it was one of those illusions that no one seemed to break from, no one could try their damndest to lose. He stared into space at the rainfall that erupted from the clouds, and a shiver zoomed up his spine. It was intense, almost like a bolt of white lightning had hit him with a powerful force that knocked him backwards.

He fell back along the bed, his eyelids heavy with fatigue. Emotionally and physically drained, he tried his best to sleep. It was no use; she was still on his mind as slumber began to settle in. The thought was destined to drive him insane if he let it, and he refused to have that as the case. He trembled slightly as his eyes closed, ignorant of the tears that trickled down the sides of his face.

He suddenly felt sharp fingernails pierce his flesh, making him yelp. Despite this, he kept his eyes closed, fearing that it was a dream and that it would disappear. Lips tickled his stomach, tracing kisses upon his bare skin. He felt the slick wetness of a tongue and let out a small gasp, running his hand through the mass of hair. He knew it was hair, but he had no idea of the color. He hoped it was blond, like his former lover’s hair was.

He felt the skin of his lover incognito brush against his undressed chest, the emptiness of the chill replaced by lustful heat. It was necessary to feel it, to experience heaven, since he lacked it. He desired to have it in his embrace again, hoping that it would never leave as it had once before. He could smell the perfume in the air, musky and libidinous as his woman’s scent. Without an attempt to open his eyes still, he raised his arms and touched the body that rested upon him. It felt as smooth as satin, and he was like a curious child desperate to discover his gifts on Christmas Day.

Jeff suddenly experienced the sweet taste of nectar as this presumably beautiful stranger seduced him with an erotic liplock. He did not stop the kiss, for it was exquisite. It was pure pleasure, the only type of pleasure worth feeling at that moment. How dare anyone would consider taking this away from him? It was such a selfish thought, but he had no need to care. He was into this, even letting a moan escape his swollen lips into the mouth of his captivator. He soon felt a tug on his bottom lip as the kiss ended, and a finger ran across his lips. He was struggling for air in the moment of passion, unsure of what to do.

And still, he refused to open his eyes.

“I love you,” he whispered, hoping that it was not just air.

It was all a rush. He was delirious with great yearning, and nearly went crazy as the figure made love to him in the darkness. It was slow and sensual, as it dripped and drizzled like molasses. He was so aroused by this action that at the end his eyes snapped open, and he saw the figure brandish a sly grin. He was speechless, rendered incredulous by the vision in front of him. It was a woman, a voluptuous vixen with round eyes and dark hair. She was bronzed, had high cheekbones and slightly muscular arms. She leaned closer to him and her lips brushed against his ear.

“I love you more.”
