*Epilogue*

Angela sat in her locker room alone almost 3 months later. Life was completely different now. Jack & Ray were in jail and they’d be staying there for a long time. The fears were gone and she was able to move on and feel safe always.. especially when Matt was by her side. Matt was her strength and her support, he loved her unconditionally no matter what!

Angela sighed as she snuggled on the couch admiring the beautiful ring Matt had given her.... it was his mothers wedding ring and Matt had given it to her when he’d proposed to her live on RAW in Vegas two weeks ago. It had been an amazing night, and Angela couldn’t wait to be married to him. She’d begun to dream what it would be like and it made her anxious to be his forever. Angela was more in love with Matt now then she’d ever been. Angela had everything she wanted and life was good.

Aunt Jenny passed away last month and that was hard.... Angela loved her Aunt regardless of everything that happened between them in the past. Once Angela had recovered, she told Matt everything herself. Matt was so understanding and even hearing the truth didn’t change the way her felt for her, and Angela closed her eye’s and was happy for what felt like the first time ever in her whole life.

She smiled thinking of tomorrow.... she was going dress shopping with Trish & the girls. Trish and Jay’s wedding was in a few months and they were both excited about the changes awaiting both of there lives.

Meanwhile... Matt was sitting with Jeff and the guys in the catering room, having a sandwich.

"So Matt... lemme ask..... how’s the "engaged life"?" Chris asked smiling at Matt from across the table.

Matt smiled, laughing, " The ‘engaged’ life is good...!" Matt smiled as all the guys at the table laughed.

"You excited?" Jay asked staring at Matt.

Matt sighed, "Yeah I am..... I’m more then excited, actually... I can’t wait..." Matt said softly grinning and Jeff patted his shoulder.

"Are you happy?" Jeff asked softly watching Matt.

Matt smiled, "More then I’ve been before.... yeah." Matt smiled as Jay stared at him and grinned. "Now what about you?" Matt asked glancing over at Jeff as curious chuckles came from guys around the table as everyone averted there attention to Jeff.

"What about me?" Jeff asked staring over at Matt.

Matt chuckled aloud, "Are you happy..... your gonna propose to Lita?" Matt asked taking a drink of soda from his soda bottle and setting it back down as he stared at Jeff.

"Your gonna propose to Lita?!" All the guys asked at once... surprised.

Jeff laughed, "Keep it down!" Jeff said glancing around to make sure the coast was clear. "Yeah I am.... on Christmas...." Jeff said softly glancing at Jay.

Jay smiled, "I feel deja vu coming on......naw that’s cool Jeff!" Jay said smiling at Jeff.

"Congrats man!" Shannon said patting Jeff’s arm.

Jeff sighed glancing around the table, "I think we should have a toast.... a tiny celebration!" Jeff said looking around the table.

"To what?" Shane asked reaching for his glass.

"To life... an love... and wrestling..... wrestling forever... love forever, life always!" Matt said standing as all the guys stared at him.

"I’ll drink to that!" Jeff said standing too. Everyone rose then and toasted.

"Hey... what’s going on?" Angela asked as she made her way towards the table. Matt glanced up an smiled at her as she slide across his lap and snuggled against him looking around the table at everyone.

Matt kissed Angela’s cheek and sighed, "We were toasting...." Matt mumbled as Angela looked around at everyone.

"To what?" She asked curiously glancing back at Matt.

Matt grinned and glanced at Jeff. "Should I tell her or do you wanna?" Matt asked smiling at Jeff.

"Tell me what?" Angela whined turning more to face Matt as she met his beautiful eye’s.

Jeff looked around to make sure Lita wasn’t close by... she was sitting with some of the girls and they were laughing about something. Jeff looked back at Angela and whispered, "If I say you gotta keep it down.. and its a secret too!" Jeff whispered staring at Angela.

Angela giggled as Matt slipped his arms around her and kissed her cheek again. "I swear.... tell me!" Angela giggled looking at Jeff.

Jeff sighed, "I’m gonna propose to Lita on Christmas!" Jeff said softly smiling at Angela.

Angela smiled radiantly and giggled, laughing heartily, "You are...? That’s soooo awesome... ohh my God Jeff I’m so happy!" Angela giggled as she rose from Matt’s lap and leaned over to hug Jeff.

"Thanks." Jeff chuckled as he hugged Angela gently.

Angela sighed as she snuggled back into Matt’s arms. He was so warm and wonderful and she felt safe and secure in happy in these big strong warm inviting arms.

"I love you." Matt whispered against Angela’s ear softly, kissing her cheek.

Angela smiled blushing as she looked away from the guys around the table and glanced to the side and smiled at Matt.

"I love you too." Angela whispered giggling as Matt hugged her tightly and kissed her cheek again.
