Chapter 6
When Jeff returned Matt was alone in there locker room, lacing up his wrestling boots.
“Hey,” Jeff said as he slid into a chair and watched Matt.
Matt glanced up at him and smiled, “Hi.”
“Matt dude, you are gonna freak!” Jeff said chuckling as he watched as Matt looked back up at him.
“Why?” Matt asked looking a little anxious.
Jeff smile widened, “Angela...”
Matt shook his head, “What about her?” Matt asked as an image of her flashed before him.
Jeff smiled, “She looks very good!”
Matt chuckled, “Really? When did you see her?” Matt asked as he finished tying his boots.
“Well Lita and I were hanging out and she was walking by and stopped to talk to us, dude Matt she asked where you were! Lita and I really think that she’s into you, Matt buddy I think you should go for it!” Jeff said laughing.
Matt smiled, as he started laughing, “Maybe I will, but not right away.” Matt said as he went over to the mirror and pulled his hair back.
“Why not?” Jeff asked watching him.
Matt turned as he held his hair up and looked back to Jeff. “I don’t know anything about her!” Matt said shrugging, “Once I know her better, maybe I’ll go for it okay?!” Matt asked smiling at Jeff.
Jeff shrugged, “Sure. Matt man, whatever you wanna do...” Jeff said as he started for the bathroom. Jeff was almost out of sight when he heard Matt’s voice.
“She really wanted to know where I was?” Matt asked as he sat back in his chair with a baffled look on his face.
Jeff turned and looked at him as he started laughing. “Yeah…” Jeff said smiling at him.
Matt sat there not moving for a moment and then smiled up at Jeff, “So.....what’s up with you and Lita all of a sudden?” Matt asked as Jeff came over and sat beside him again.
Jeff shrugged, “I dunno, I like her I guess, why?” Jeff asked glancing at Matt.
Matt sighed shrugging, “I was just curious, I think it’s pretty cool.” Matt said patting Jeff’s shoulder.
Jeff smiled at him, “Our match is in a couple of minutes, I’m gonna go finish getting ready okay?” Jeff asked glancing at Matt as he went into the bathroom.
“Yeah Jeff.” Matt said sighing.
After a few minutes Matt got up and went to the bathroom doorway, Jeff was spraying purple dye into his hair, he looked over at Matt. “Matt, does this look okay?” Jeff asked turning so Matt could see him.
“Yeah, you might wanna even it out, and put a little more on the right side.” Matt said smiling.
Jeff looked at himself, “Thanks, that might look better.”
“Jeff I’m gonna go see if I can get a look at Angela, I wanna see what your talking about!” Matt said smiling.
] “Aww, how cute!” Jeff said chuckling as he glanced at Matt in the mirror.
Matt rolled his eyes.
“Hey Matt gimme 2 minutes and I’ll go with you!” Jeff said turning to look at Matt.
Matt shrugged, “Yeah all right, hurry up!” Matt said as he turned out of the bathroom.
