Chapter 11
"Jeff, what do you think I should wear?" Matt was asking Jeff next door.
He stood looking through his suitcase wearing his gray boxer-briefs.
"Matt, you never ask that question, you just throw on whatever and head out the door, is there a special reason why you want to look good?" Jeff asked, taunting him.
"No, now just help me pick something out." He said frustrated.
"You're not going to be this crabby all night, because you can stay up here ya know." Jeff said, annoyed by his brother's moodiness.
Matt brooded but didn't say anything; Jeff tossed him the long sleeved black see-through shirt.
"Wear that with black pants, your long black jacket and your black boots, the color should fit your mood nicely." Jeff said, getting the last word in. Matt rolled his eyes and continued to get dressed.

"You actually think I should wear this, isn't showing too much skin?" I asked, looking at myself in the full-length mirror that hung on the door to the bedroom.
"Oh, my gosh no, this is perfect for you, and your body looks fantastic in it." Amy was saying, motioning to the short little red number I was wearing.
It was shimmery all over and had tiny little straps, and my entire back was out. Three little strings of the material were only draped across the back. It also has a slit up the side of its flarry bottom.
"Amy, are you kidding, I cannot go out there looking like this, I look like a slut." I told her, examining myself meticulously in the mirror.
"Oh, please, this is a club, you are supposed to show a little skin, just wear it please, I bet Matt will love it." Amy blurted out without even thinking.
"Who says, I want Matt to see me in this?" I turned, looking at her with wide eyes.
"I mean, um, don't you like Matt?" She asked timidly.
"For your information, I don't, do you see how we get along, we fight like cats and dogs, besides why would he like me, don't you two like each other?" I asked, looking at her through the mirror.
"Matt and I? Oh my gosh no, we are good friends, that'™s all." Amy said, with a slight laugh.
"Oh... anyway, okay, if I wear this, what shoes would match?" I asked, looking down at my stocking feet.
"Oh, got it covered, silver strappy platforms." Amy said lifting them out of her bag.
"Purse?"
"That too, everything I buy has matching shoes and purses."
"Well, I guess I'm wearing this then, I don't have an excuse not to." I sighed.
"Now that's the spirit. Okay, we have the outfit accomplished, lets try the make up and hair." She rushed me over to the chair in front of the large mirror and sat me down.
"Well, your hair is naturally curly and quite long, so let's keep it down and wild for a change. Oh, I just thought of something, I have some nice silver hoop earrings that will go perfect with your dress." She ran over to her makeup bag and pulled out huge silver hoop earrings.
She handed them to me, and I put them on, without question.
"Perfect, now, makeup time. Your skin is really tan, so maybe we can put some earthy hues on you." She mumbled to herself as she turned me away from the mirror and started in on "painting" my face.
When I turned around to look into the mirror, I was surprised at how nice I looked. I had gold and nude eye shadow with brown eyeliner on making my bright green eyes really standout. My eyelashes were long and exotic looking. My cheeks were bronzed and my pouty lips were glossy with a brownish nude lipstick.
"You think you can leave the glasses off for tonight?" Amy asked, breaking my trance.
"Sure, they're just for reading and writing." I told her, still admiring myself in the mirror, I felt like Cinderella going to a club.
"You look fantastic, watch out Matt and Jeff." She smiled behind me.
"Now, it's my turn. I think I will wear my short black dress, my killer black heels and pile my hair on top of my head and curl some tendrils around my face. What do ya think?" She asked, looking at herself in the mirror.
"Sounds good to me." I replied.
