Chapter 2
She woke to a dark, gothic looking room. The little furnishings that there
were in the room were dark and distant. The rooms furnishings consisted of
the bed she lay upon, to bed tables(each on either side of the bed), they
themselves displayed candles. A large table opposite her, it too displayed
three candles, two chairs, and a large, magnificent bureau to the left of
her, that held on it a large mirror.
“I see you have awakened,” a male voice said from behind her.
She spun around. “What is going on here…please tell me,” her words echoed in
the back of her head.
“You still don’t understand, eh? Well it won’t hurt to explain it, will it?”
he asked.
She shook her head, patiently waiting for his answer.
“You asked for a miracle, you prayed to someone, if there was anyone, who
cared for you, to help you. You were running low on money, and could not
think of anything to inspire you that may create a ‘bestseller’.” She
stared. “So we brought you here to ‘inspire’ you. You have as long as it may
take to stay here, when you think of an idea, that will be a bestseller, you
may leave, with the masters order of course. Make friends with some of us,
make lovers with others. You wanted an idea, create it. You have us '7' and
our actions to inspire you.” He grinned.
This had gone over her head, she understood, mildly, but who the hell was
he, and these other “7” he spoke of.
“Well, that’s all fine and dandy, I understand that much. But who are you
and these ‘others’ you keep referring to?” she waited.
“I won’t get you to understand this situation any other way than to show you
will I?” he raised an eyebrow emphasizing that he thought she was rather
dense. She flushed with embarrassment, but continued to shake her head no.
“Very well…” he said something is some gibberish language she did not
understand. Suddenly there came a knock at the door. She gasped as it was
opened from the outside and six men stepped in.
“Ok, this is getting weird now!” Sab said as she recognized the six. She was
shocked, for now she knew that what she thought, who she thought the man
was, it was actually him.
“OH! I think I understand now. So, this is a dream world….” “Uh-huh,” “and I
have to think of a best seller,” “Uh-huh” “and it will be based on what
happens here,” “Uh-huh” “and, wait. Did you say make lovers out of the
others? But your not real! Why would I break my heart like that! Besides,
your wrestlers, and, aren’t you?”
“Yes, Sab. We are wrestlers. I thought you understood!?” the same man
yelled.
“I…I…” at that moment she started to cry. She didn’t know why, but she
cried. She tried to stop but the tears just came harder.
“Awww, Sab,” another man said as he walked over to her, wrapping protective,
strong arms around her body. “Would it help it we introduced ourselves,
that’s all your really confused about, isn’t it?”
She nodded and looked up. He smiled down at her and she blushed, she knew
who they all were, she just didn’t understand.(Bear with me…I know this
story is kinda confusing, just read the summary and hopefully you will
understand, if you don’t already).
“Alright, start with me, seeing as how I came up with the idea,” the man
with shoulder length, black, slightly curly hair said. He was tall and built
with a sweet, dark, southern drawl. But even though she knew who all of them
were. She wanted to make sure this dream world wasn’t majorly messed up.
“I’m Matt Hardy,” he beamed as she suddenly stopped crying. This world
wasn’t as messed up as she’d thought.
“And I’m his brother, Jeff.” A rainbow haired male said. He was the same
height as his brother. Not as well built but, possibly just as strong.
Sab smiled, as yet another man came up. This one about the same height as
the other two, short nearly shaved brown hair, extremely well built, and
when he spoke she noticed his heavy American accent. ”It’s true, It’s true,
your Olympic hero, Kurt Angle, nice ta meet ya,” she grinned, she knew, she
knew.
A man with long brown hair, put into a ponytail, and shaved at the sides
came up next."I think you know who I am, everyone does, I’m Rob Van Dam!” he
said making motions to his shoulders.
“Yes I know who you are!” she said dryly at his arrogance.
“Looks like someone despises you already!” Matt laughed. RVD grumbled and
walked back in line.
“All hail, the aylatolla of rock and rolla! Hem… Y2J Chris Jericho,” he
kissed her hand. She smiled at his kindness, even though she knew deep
inside he was just like RVD. Oh well, she thought, at least he didn’t act
it. Yet.
A blonde, with shoulder length came next, his bug glasses said it all.
"Christian, Jason, call me Jay." He grinned at her. And she stared back at
him trying to understand where he was coming from.
"I know...who you are," she breathed.
Jay took this as a good sign. Maybe he had turned her on, maybe she would
pick him. But they would explain that later.
She looked placidly at the dirty blonde with the trenchcoat, and silver
shades.
"Adam, are you going to introduce yourself?" She asked, staring at his
beauty. He grinned the same grin as on TV. She remembered that he had done
that before.
He looked at her, as if trying to memorize her face. She had bright green
eyes, auburn hair, tall, maybe 5'11, thin, with a fairly nice build, for a
girl.
He stood there, looking at her, compelling her. She stood up, and went to
him,"your the one who keeps bothering me,"Sab joked lightly.
He smiled, her heart melted."Be wise when you choose, now we must get ready,
dinner is soon," he kissed her on the cheek, then slowly turned and left the
room followed by the others who nodded their heads at her as they passes.
Matt smiled at her, and she smiled back.
They closed the door, and she ran to the closet. Riffled, through it and
finally found something perfect. For tonight, everything had to be perfect.
