Chrissie plays Mercedes, Nanny to the GH kids and she was nice enough to take some time to answer my Wubbly Questions!
WQ: I saw on twiiter that you are working on a writing project! Tell us all about it.
CFYes! I recently got the nerve to put my ideas down on paper. I'm writing a
Romantic Comedy with a really great and talented friend. It's been such an
incredible process, learning about all the different elements that go into
making a good movie. I also think it helps you as an actor. I am extremely
excited!
WQ: What's your favorite restaurant in LA?
CF:
I love sushi so one of my favorites is this little hole in the wall called Yatai
Asian Tapas Bar. It's on Sunset Blvd but not too many people know about this
spot. The food is amazing! I love the Albacore w/ crispy onion & ponzu sauce. I
also love Katsu-ya in Studio City. Gosh! It's like I'm asking for Mercury
poisoning.
WQ: Is everyone excited about the James Franco news? I personally think Mercedes needs to get in on that action!
CF: Everyone is thrilled! James Franco is such a gifted actor. I got to sneak a peek
of the set they built for his character and it's amazing! He is going to be a
character on GH that no one will soon forget. Oh, and about Mercedes getting in
on the action - that would be fine by me!
WQ: If Mercedes had a pet, what would it be?
CF:
Maybe a chimp. Ok, no. How about a dog? A miniature schnauzer.
WQ: Oh, I like the chimp idea, she is a nanny after all!

WQ: When will we see Mercedes again? I saw you were working with Laura Wright. Will she be caring for the Jacks baby?
CF: We film like a month in advance so you will see Mercedes in November. I recently
did work with the talented Laura Wright but Mercedes is not taking care of her
little one... yet. I'm sure she'll need a nanny soon enough though. Don't they
all?
WQ: How was working on the carnival? Hot? Did they have real carny food there?
CF: The carnival was crazy! There were so many people on set, and yes, it was really
hot! It was still a good time though and everything was real - from the food to
the rides to the live entertainment. GH really went all out for that and I wish
I would have had some of the delicious food. Next carnival.
WQ: Do you ever attend any GH events? People would love to see you at one!
CF: Nope but I would love to go! It sounds like it would be such a good time!
WQAny upcoming projects you'd like to tell us about?
CF: Right now I'm really focused on my writing and getting out on auditions. I love
that I'm back on GH and that so many exciting things are happening on set!
