Composites Truck Body is the first in Malaysia using multi-ply composite technology for truck body. The machinery and technology were purchased from a truck body builder in Solihull, Britain.

The light weight, strong, durable composite truck body is idea for refrigerated truck body, dry freight, hi-lift catering truck, caravan, mobile office, equipment cabin, etc.

The reefer box is compatible with Thermo King, Carrier, Mitsubishi, etc ventilated refrigeration system or euthetic plates system, and is reputed to have the fastest cooling down time in the market.

• Chassis: To fit any chassis.

• Box size: From small van to 40'x8'x8' semi-trailer.

• Box thickness: From 12mm to 125mm.

• Core materials: Polyurethane, Expanded Polystyrene, Extruded Polystyrene or PVC foam.

• Finish: Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Colour Coated Steel, Ply, etc in various thickness.

• Colour: White or natural finish. Other colour available on quantity.

• Floor finish: Stainless Steel, Laminated PU, Inverted Hat Aluminium Profile, Aluminium Checker Plate, Ply, etc.

• Door: Double Hinged, Single Hinged, Manual Rolled-up, Automated Rolled-up, Hatch, Slide Curtain, Sliding Wall, etc.

• Optional Accessory: Load Restraints, Tail Lift, Flexible Bulkhead, etc.
