The DATE Command

Description:

Displays or sets the date.

Command Syntax:

DATE [mm-dd-yy]

Explanation of Syntax:

[mm-dd-yy] sets the date you specify.

Type DATE without parameters to display the current date setting and a prompt for a new one. Press ENTER to keep the same date.

Command Use:

This command can be used in batch files and at the command prompt.
