The POWER Command
Description:
Reduces power used by your computer.
Command Syntax:
POWER [ADV[:MAX | REG | MIN] | STD | OFF]
Explanation of Syntax:
[ADV[:MAX | REG | MIN]] reduces power by monitoring applications and hardware devices. MAX provides the most power conservation, REG provides average power conservation, and MIN provides the least conservation.
[STD] reduces power by monitoring hardware devices.
[OFF]Turns off power management.
Command Use:
This command can be used at the command prompt and in batch files.
