The VERIFY Command

Description:

Tells MS-DOS whether to verify that your files are written correctly to a disk.

Command Syntax:

VERIFY [ON | OFF]

Explanation of Syntax:

Type VERIFY without a parameter to display the current VERIFY setting.

Command Use:

This command can be used at the command prompt and in batch files.
