The Zapper was the most succesful NES accessory. It works like a real gun, you use the trigger to shoot. (Did anyone else ever try to commit suicide with it after you died on Level 14 of Duck Hunt?) The games for the Zapper are pretty cool, but unfortunatley games like Gumshoe and To the Earth would be great games if you used the control pad instead of the Zapper. Using the Zapper in these games are awkward, like the game was designed to be used without the Zapper, but it was thrown in at the last second. There are also two unlicensed games that use the Zapper, which is kinda strange. Also, in Bayou Billy and Operation: Wolf you can also use the control pad instead of the Zapper. However, the Zapper is still a blast to use, so get it if you do not have it already.
Zapper Games: The Adventures Of Bayou Billy, Baby Boomer, Barker Bill's Trick Shooting, Chiller, Duck Hunt, Freedom Force, Gotcha!, Gumshoe, Hogan's Alley, The Lone Ranger, Mechanized Attack, Operation Wolf, Shooting Range, To The Earth, and Wild Gunman.

The Power Pad has to be one of the greatest inventions ever, besides freeze pops. You actually run on it, creating the person on the screen to run too. Unfortunatley, there were few games made for it, and they are all very similar. The Power Pad is a blast a party when world records are at stake. One second, your in the lead on the 100m dash on World Class Track Meet, and the next second your on the floor cause the jealous loser decided to give you a shove just as you cross the finish line. My parents say I can’t use the Pad anymore cause, it may do “structual damage to the house.”
Power Pad Games: Athletic World, Dance Aerobics, Short Order/Eggslode, Stadium Events, Street Cop, Super Team Games, and World Class Track Meet.

Anticipation, Gauntlet 2, Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super Off Road, Kings Of The Beach, M.U.L.E., Magic Johnson's Fast Break, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Super Spike V'Ball, Swords & Serpents, World Cup Soccer
This is the rarest of NES games. It was played during the 1990 NES Championships. Has three games on it, Super Mario, Rad Racer, and Tetris on it. You played each for a certain amount of time and whoever had the most points won. The point were multiplied by 25 while playing Tetris. Rumor has it that this was given out to all the participants of the NES Championships. I've heard that there is something like only 100 ever made. Basically, you have a better chance scoring with Sarah Michelle Geller then finding this baby.

Another awesome game from Codemasters. The story goes like this: Dr Evil (throw me a frickin' bone) has kidnapped some hot reporter and a stuntman is hired to save her. (Good call guys, stuntmen always resucue people in their spare time. You drive cars,(like Bump 'n' Jump), planes, (like Life Force) gliders, climb buildings, and go thru platform stages(like Blaster Master) in order to save her. Really cool due to the diversity of the levels. If you like Micro Machines you'll love this. Has probably the best graphics a game can have for the NES.
